- Take Gulkand,dry fruits,finely chopped Kalkati Pan,Saunf,cooking chocolate,rose essence and mix this for 2 minutes.Now your stuffing is ready.
- Now add little water to the sugar to make a sugar syrup till it thickens.Make a 2 1/2 Strings Sugar Syrup.Now add the Green Food colour to the sugar syrup.
- Now add to it Khoya and stir it on the stove till the Khoya melts.
- Put off the stove and add Kaju Powder and Elaichi Powder and mix it.
- Let it cool down.
- Now take a thick plastic paper and knead the layer dough.
- Make balls of it and roll into Puris.
- Cut those Puris into 4 parts.
- Give a pan shape with your hands and stuff it with our prepared stuffing.
