- Aik bowl me dahi and besan daal kar mix kar dain thoda pani mila kar
- Ab aik patili me 3,4 tbsp oil daal kar piyaz and lehsan adrak daal fry ksrain
- Ab is me dahi, besan ka mixture dalain lal mirch and namak daal kar 4,5 lit pani daal kar spoon se chalati rahain jab ubaal ajaye to haldi daal dain
- Thodi thodi der me spoon chalati rahain utni der tak pakain ke kadhi ke mutabiq ye thick ho jaye
- Ab pakodon ke liye besan me mirch,namak,baking soda,hara dhania,hari mirch,piyaz and kuta dhania daal kar gadha mixture banalain
- Ab pakode fry kar ke kafhi me daal dain 5 minunt low flame per dhak dain
- Ab bghaar tayyar karain 1/2 oil me 8,1p sukhi lal mirch,2 lehsan ke jawe,1tbsp zeera and 1t,20 curry patte fry kar ke bghaar laga dain
- Lijiye janaab mazedaar kadhi tayyar hai
