  2. Use 4 tbsp Oil
  3. Provide 2 Onion finely chopped

  2. Heat a kadhai. Add bay leaf and mustard seeds and hing. Let the seeds crackle.
  3. When done add onions and cook till golden brown. Later add tomatoes. When done add groundnuts. Cook for a few minutes.
  4. Add turmeric powder and mix well. Add the vermicelli and mix well sk that the spices are evenly distributed. Cook covered for 5 minutes on slow flame. Garnish with chopped coriander and serve.
