- Prepare 1 cup suji
- Prepare 1 1/2 cup sugar (or as per taste)

- In a bowl add hot milk, water and sugar and stir it well to dissolve the sugar. And keep aside.
- Heat a kadhai on a medium flame then add half of Ghee let it melt completely. once the ghee get melted add suji to it. Now roast the suji on a low flame till it gets a nice golden colour in colour.
- Add mixed dry fruits to it.
- Add the liquid that we made earlier to the roasted suji and stir it continuously to avoid lumps and combine all the ingredients very well.
- Now add the remaining ghee, cardamom powder and mix it.
