- You need 1 cup maida/All purpose flour
- Provide 2 tsp curd
- You need 1 sp sugar
- Provide 1/2 tsp baking powder

- Provide 1 tomato chopped
- Prepare 2 Tsp ghee
- You need 1 tsp shah jeera(cumin seeds)
- Use 1 tsp rai(mustard seeds)
- Take 1 tsp turmeric powder
- Get 1 tsp red chilli powder
- You need 1 tsp garam masala
- Use 1 tsp rosted jeera(cumin) powder
- Take 1 tsp coriander powder

Instructions to make Kulcha chole:
- In a mixing bowl add maida,curd,baking powder,baking soda,1sp ghee,1sp sugar powder mix and make dough kneading 5min and cover keep aside for 1hr.
- After an hour take dough and knead well and make balls and roll it sprinkle til, kalonji, coriander leaves and lightly pat.
- Heat pan and place on tava apply little water back and sprinkle some water on pan and cover cook on sim and cook both sides.
- Soak matar overnight and cook in pressure cook till soft.
- Heat ghee in kadai add jeera,rai and onion cook till soft add tomato and cook for a while add masalas mix it well cook for sometime and mater chole is ready. Take serving plate arrange chole and kulcha with green chetney and onion rings.
