- Use 1/4 cup Sprouted ragi(fingermillet)
- Take 2 Grated boiled potato
- Prepare 1/2 cup Grated paneer

- Prepare 2 Chopped spring onion bulb
- You need 2 tsp Chopped garlic
- Take 2 tsp Chopped ginger

- Prepare 4 tbsp Bread crumbs

- Prepare 1-2 Charcoal

- In a mixing bowl take all the ingredients for cutlet except bread crumbs and oil.
- In the mixing bowl make a well in the middle and place a small steel bowl.
- Burn the charcoal till it red and place in the steel bowl.
