The ingredients needed to prepare Churma ladoos:
  1. Take 14 leftover roti's/chapatti's
  2. Get 400 gms jaggery
  3. Prepare 2 tbsp saunth powder
  4. You need 1 tsp cardamom powder
  5. You need 2-3 tbsp dry fruits powder (almonds/cashews/pistas)
  6. Get 1-2 drops food colors (rose red, yellow and green)
  7. Provide 2 tbsp ghee
  8. Provide 2-3 tbsp dessicated coconut
Steps to make Churma ladoos:
  1. Grind the roti's to smooth powder. Strain and if reqd again grind. Then in a kadai just roast for few seconds to remove the moist.
  2. Add dry fruits powder, cardamom powder and saunth powder. Mix well. Then heat a kadai and add ghee, melt it. Now add jaggery and allow it to dissolve completely. Keep it aside.
  3. Now dry roast the dessicated coconut. Cool it completely. Mix the jaggery and roti mixture together. Add the dessicated coconut and then divide it into 3 parts. Add the 3 different food colors. Mix well. Start making ladoos. From leftover roti's made colorful yummy ladoos.
