- Provide 2 turkey steaks or fillets, each weighing about 150 g
- Take 100 ml madeira
- Get 1/2 tsp knoor chicken stock
- Get Clarified butter
- Prepare 100 g white breadcrumbs
- Take 30 g porcini powder
- Use 60 g gruyere cheese, grated
- Get 130 g unsalted butter, softened
