- Prepare 4-5 green chilli
- Provide peanuts 1 small bowl

- Boil the chickpea with 4-5 piece dry amla and pinch of salt
- Add in boiled chickpea one chopped onion.one chopped tomato.. 2-3 green chilli and one teaspoon ginger garlic paste
- And add the all spieces and hot oil in boiled chickpeas
- Then one whistle in pressure cooker…
- Take wash Spinach and fine pure in mixer..and mix the pure in flour add salt. azwain.some oil and red chilli powder.ready the dough for spinach puri.
- Some oil in pan and make puri in hot oil
- Take paneer in small piece..and spread the salt. red chilly powder.garam masala and some flour on paneer..
- One spoon oil on hot tawa and shallow fry the paneer pieces..until they comes in light brown colour..
- One bowl curd..add finely chopped onion and tomato..add salt.bhuna zeera.red chilli powder..
- Add green coriander leaves.green chilli and peanuts and black salt and one pinch hing in mixer to make chutney
