  1. Get 3 cup all purpose flour
  2. Use 2 big smoked fish
  3. Get 1 teaspoon baking powder
  4. Prepare 1 egg
  5. You need 1/2 unsalted butter
  6. Get 3 knorr cube
  7. Use 1/2 green pepper(chopped)
  8. Get 1/2 onion (chopped)
  9. Get 1 small piece ginger (crush)
  10. Take 3 gloves garlic (crush)
  11. You need 2 teaspoon curry
  12. You need 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions to make Fish roll:
  1. Place pan on heat,add veg oil after 1min,then add onions,green pepper,ginger,garlic then stir.
  2. Add 1 knorr cube,curry and stir for 1min.
  3. Wash smoked fish with salt,debone the fish then mash it pour it inside the pan and saute for 2min.Keep aside,that is the filling.
  4. Get a clean bowl sieve flour,add baking powder,two knorr then butter mix very well then add little water and mix to form a soft dough.
  5. Roll dough bit by bit on a flat surface then add up the filling roll then enclose with batter.Batter is the mixture of flour and water.
  6. Continue process until dough and filling is exhausted. Oil baking tray,place the fish roll on the tray.Then use egg white to brush surface of the rolls.
  7. Preheat oven for 5min then bake for 10min temp 150c.
  8. Serve very yummy.
