- First soak rice in water for half an hour.
- Now heat oil and add chopped onion and fry well, add cardamon, cinnamon sticks, Kali Mirch, cloves.
- When onion changes colour add tomatoes, chicken cube, ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste, red chilli balls, curry leaves and cook well.
- Now add salt, garam Masala powder, bhuna dhaniya powder and bhunify it well until oil comes on top.
- Add black chick peas and water if required.
- Cook for a while and add soaked rice, salt, and cook on high flame until water dries out.
- Now cover the lid and place your rice on dum and sprinkle coriander, lal piyaz for garnishing.
