  2. Now add oil,now add bathua leaves and fry till water evaporates.
  3. Now add mashed potatoes and all ingredients and mix well.Add salt also.

  5. Take a bowl add wheat flour and bathua mixture and mix properly..if needed add water just sprinkle it and make a soft dough.

  7. Now make small to medium size balls from the dough,take a ball and dust it with some flour.
  8. Roll to a round paratha or square paratha
  9. Heat a tawa and place the paratha
  10. Cook on a medium to high flame,spread some oil or ghee on the paratha.
