- In a bowl add arhar dal clean and wash it now add the cooker then add 1 and half glass water, half tbsp turmeric powder, salt as per your taste cook up to 3 whistles it's done.

- Again heat the cooker add coconut oil then add rai,red chilli, some curry patta, half tbsp urad dal,half tbsp chana dal temper it. Now add chopped onion stir it few minutes then add chopped tomatoes, pumpkin saute it for 6 to 8 mins.

- Now heat the frying pan add some oil then add rai and curry patta temper it over cooked sambhar.
