- Use 1 plantain
- You need 1 cup cut pieces pumpkin
- Get 1 cup cut pieces Yam

- Heat a vessel add 1 tbsp ghee, add cumin seeds &red chilli crackle 30 seconds.
- Add all veggies, black chana, salt, turmeric & half desiccated coconut cover it & cook nicely. Make a paste of cumin seeds,saunf,bay leaves & black pepper.
- Whenever all veggies cook nicely pour the masala paste & cover it 5 mints.
- After cooking nicely add 1tbsp ghee & rest of desiccated coconut mix well & serve it with Aranna.
