The ingredients needed to prepare Curry Khausa:
- Prepare 1 Cup Oil
- Get 1/2 kg Yogurt
- Use 4 Tbs Gram Flour
- Provide 1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
- Provide 1 Tsp Turmeric Powder
- Take 1 Tsp Salt
- You need 2 Cups Water
- Get 1 Tsp whole Cumin
- Take 4 Dry Red Chillies
- Get 4 Green Chillies
- You need 1 Tbs Garlic Chopped
- You need 8-10 Curry Leaves
- Get Pinch Kasoori Methi
- You need 2 Tomatoes Chopped
- Prepare 1/2 Packet egg noodles
- You need 500 gm Bonless Mutton
- Get Oil
- Get 1 Onion medium size
- Get 1 Tbs Garlic Chopped
- Get 1 Tomato chopped
- Provide Salt as per taste
- Get 1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
- You need Black pepper as per taste
- Provide Oregano
- Provide Dryed Parsley
- Take Chilli Garlic Sauce
- Prepare Chickpeas small in size for garnish
- Provide Slims Chips for garnish
- Take Lemon Juice
Instructions to make Curry Khausa:
- Take yogurt (dahi) 2 half kg, gram flour 4tbsp, red chilli powder 1 tsp, turmeric powder 1 tsp, salt 1 tsp, water 2 cups…… blend these ingredients well and keep aside,
- Take a deep pan for curry, heat 1 cup oil, now add, whole cumin 1 tsp, dry red chillies 4, green chillies 4 chopped, garlic chopped 1 tbsp, curry leaves 8 to 10, pinch of qusoori methi, 2 tomato chopped, now cook till nicely golden in colour, now add blended yoghurt paste and stir constant till thickens comes to boiling point, use wooden spoon for cooking the curry. Boil egg noodles an keep aside.
- Preparation of boneless mutton, heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion and sauthe till light pink, now add chopped garlic stir well till light golden in colour, now add boneless meat, cook till it's water dry now add chopped tomatoes, salt, black pepper, red chilli powder, oregano, dried parsley, and cook it, when oil separates add chilli garlic sauce and mix it well now remove from the stove.
- Fry the garlic flakes into light golden and keep a side.
- Assembling : Spread egg noodles then layer sherreded mutton then you can layer boil chickpeas small in size then layer curry,then spread red chili flakes, chopped coriander leaves and dried parsley,chopped green chillies, lemon juice,slims chips and - Serve.
