- Peel the carrot, onion and the potato
- Wash all your ingredients (potato, capsicum, tomatoes,onion,carrot)

- Pick a bowl and in it grate the Carrot and the potato, then add in the slices onion, tomatoes and capsicum

- Pour 3 table spoons of cooking oil into a non stick pan and heat(medium) for two minutes
