The ingredients needed to cook Gavran Chicken Sukka:
- You need 500 gm Chicken Medium Cut
- Prepare 2 tbsp Oil
- You need 1 cup Dry Coconut
- Get 1 Whole Garlic Peeled
- You need 1 inch Ginger
- Get 1/2 Cup Coriander
- Take 4 Hot Green Chilli
- Use 1 Onion Thin Sliced
- Prepare 1 Tomato Finely chopped
- You need 5-6 Curry Leaves
- You need 1 tbsp Ciba Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
- Prepare 1/2 tbsp Black Masala
- Provide 1 tsp Ciba Hing
- Provide 1/2 tbsp Ciba Chicken Masala
- You need 1 tsp Jeera
- You need 1 tsp Turmeric
- Take Salt as per taste
- You need Coriander for Garnish
Instructions to make Gavran Chicken Sukka:
- Slice dry coconut and dry roast it. Then take roasted coconut, Green Chilli, Coriander, Garlic and ginger in Mortar & Pestle and make a coarse paste.
- Heat oil in a kadhai (Curry Pot) and add Cumin Seeds, Asafoetida, Sliced Onion and Curry Leaves and fry it till Onion gets Golden Brown. Then add above-made paste. Saute it till paste become light golden brown.
- Later add Ciba Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, Ciba Chicken Masala and Homemade Black Masala. Saute it till it separates oil.
- Now add chicken, and salt as per taste. Mix it and add around 1 cup (or little more if needed) of water. And let the chicken cook perfectly. Add more water if it needs. Once the chicken is cooked, take it off the flame.
- Garnish it with coriander & wedge of lemon and onion and serve it with Bhakri.
