- Take 150 gm Rajma - (1 cup) -soak for 7-8 hours or overnight

- Take 2 tablespoon Coconut paste (fresh coconut and green chilli paste)

- Rinse the rajma with water throughly and then sook after sooking for over night drain the excess water keep a side for cooking set a cooker on medium heat at sook rajma water and salt pressure cook on medium heat for 3 whisle switch off the fame set a deep pan or wok on medium heat add oil +add cumin seeds ginger garlic paste fry for 1 minute add onion paste tomato paste Coconut paste fry for 3 minutes add terumic red chilli cumin powder Coriander powder salt to taste add precooked rajma
- Along with it's water mix well cook for 20 minutes add garam masala powder kasuri methi fresh Coriander leaves. Adjust water deepending on gravy. Serve with hot stiming rise or partha.
