The ingredients needed to prepare Palak Corn Curry:
  1. Prepare 250 gm Spinach
  2. You need 1 bowl blanched corns
  3. You need 1 tbsp ghee
  4. You need 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
  5. Take 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
  6. You need to taste Salt
  7. Provide 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  8. Take 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
  9. Provide 1/2 tsp Carrom seeds
  10. Get 1 tsp Kasuri methi
  11. Use 3-4 Green chilli
  12. Prepare 1 finely chopped Tomato
  13. Get 3-4 Garlic cloves
  14. Provide 2 finely chopped Onions
  15. Take 1 inch ginger
Instructions to make Palak Corn Curry:
  1. Blanch spinach or palak for 3-4 min. on medium flame with adding 1 pinch of salt. Keep it too cool than make a puree of it with adding ginger and green chilli into mixer grinder.
  2. Heat ghee into pan on medium flame add cumin seeds and carrom seeds saute for few seconds. Than add garlic and onion saute till it's golden colour.
  3. Add tomatoes saute till it's cooked than add coriander powder, Red chilli powder and garam masala powder and fry for 1-2 min.
  4. Now add spinach puree and fry till it's release their oil. Now add blanched corns mix it well.
  5. Now add salt, water and cook 3-4 min. On low flame to absorb all the flavors. Than add kasuri methi and mix it well.
  6. Now add fresh cream, mix it well. Now it's done, switch off the flame than transfer it into serving bowl and garnish with tomato.. Serve it with rice or Roti..
