- Get 2 cup wheat flour
- You need 1 tsp salt
- Prepare 1 tbsp vegetable oil

- You need leaves Some curry

- Provide 1 tbsp kasoori methi

- Take 1 tsp cumin seeds
- Provide 1 pinch turmeric powder
- Use 1 tsp cumin powder
- You need 1 tsp coriander powder

- Get 1 1/2 cup Water for gravy
- Provide 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Steps to make Poori and Potato Curry:
- Arrange all the ingredients of puri in a bowl and make a semi hard dough. Keep it aside for 15min.
- Heat oil in a pan. Then make small ball out of the dough and roll it into small size puris and fry it in the oil.
- For curry heat a pan with oil. Splutter mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, green chillies. Then add tomato pieces. Add salt, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder. Mix it well and cover a lid for 5mins.
- Then open the lid. Press the soft tomatoes and mix it properly. Then add potatoes. And the add water. At last add kasoori methi. Cover it and let it boil for 5 more minutes. Then it will be ready to serve with hot puri.
