The ingredients needed to prepare Laddu:
  1. Provide 1 cup paneer
  2. Provide 1 cup poha
  3. Use 1 & 1/2 cup date palm jaggery
  4. Provide 2 tspn sweet curd
  5. You need 2 tspn ghee
  6. Take 5 tspn cashew nuts
Steps to make Laddu:
  1. Take paneer in a plate & mash it properly.
  2. Rinse the poha in cold water till it soften & add sweet curd & a pinch of salt.
  3. Heat 2 tspn ghee in a pan & add poha, crushed paneer & jaggery.
  4. Stir it constantly & when it will start to leave the sides of the pan add some chopped cashew nuts.
  5. Cook it for more 2 or 3 mins.
  6. Switch off the flame & make it cool for 5 mins.
  7. Apply oil in your palms & make laddus from the mixture.
