- Take 1 cup soya chunks
- You need 2 onion roughly chopped

- Take 2-3 tablespoon oil for cooking

- Take a kadhai add two tablespoons oil.As it heats add roughly chopped onions, tomatoes. Saute it on high heat for a minute or two.Then cover it with a lid. Let it cook on low heat for 4 to 5 minutes.
- By the time take 1 to 11/2 cup water in a pan heat well add soya chunks let it be for 2 minutes. The water can be used in gravy.
- Then add green chilies, ginger, garlic, dry red chilli, Saute it for two to three minutes on low heat. Then switch off the heat.
- Let it cool down little. Then grind it in a mixer jar to fine and smooth paste.
- In a same kadhai add oil if required around 1 tablespoon and heat well.add bayleaf. Then add the grinded smooth paste.As we have already cooked the gravy so no need to fry more.Just add masala.
- Add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder. mix well. Add soya chunks,kasuri methi,mix well. Now add milk.Can also add malai along with milk and little water.
- Cover it with a lid and it be on low heat for 7 to 8 minutes.
- Once done switch off the heat.Adjust all masala and consistency as per taste.
- Here I have garnished with onion rings and corianderleaves. Can use malai or cream for garnishing
- It is ready to be served hot.
