- Provide 3 medium Tomatoes
- Take 3 Dry Kashmiri Red Chilli
- You need 1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
- Provide 1/2 tsp Sambar Powder

- Prepare 1 tbsp Gingelly/ Sesame Oil
- Take 1 tsp Mustard
- Take 1/4 tsp Fenugreek Seeds

- Grind the tomatoes, dry red chilli, red chilli powder and salt to puree.
- Heat a small wok with oil. Add the mustard, fenugreek seeds, asafoetida, curry leaves and let it splutter.
- Pour the puree and add the sambar powder. Allow it to boil for 2-3 minutes. Done!
- Serve with Idli, Dosa, Paratha, etc.
