- Prepare 4-5 Boiled Egg cut in half
- Get Red Chilli Powder
- Get 2 onion chopped
- Get 1 tsp Ginger and Garlic Paste
- Get 2 Tomato Chopped

- Use 1 tsp Coriander powder
- You need 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder

Instructions to make Egg Curry:
- In a pot boil eggs and cut the boil eggs into half. Now sprinkle pinch over the boiled egg and shallow fry the eggs.
- In the rest of the oil, add chopped onion, and fry till golden brown, now add ginger garlic Paste and cook for 2 minutes then add chopped tomatoes.
- Add sab per taste, coriander powder, Turmeric powder,, Cumin powder, Garammasala powder, Red chilli powder, Green chilles and add water and cook the masala till the oil gets sepreted Add little water and add boil grated potato cover it Add with a help of lid for 5- 7 minutes
- Now after 7 minutes open the lid add kasuri methi and mix well and cook for 2- 3 minutes.Now Garnish with fresh chopped coriander and Serve Hot
