Steps to make Meduvada:
  1. Firstly take urad dal in a bowl and wash it for 4,5 times and soak it for 5 ya 6 hours
  2. After soaked take a soup strainer and drain all excess water from dal
  3. Now in mixer jar add the dal green chilies and ginger, Curry leaves,salt, cumin seeds and black pepper powder and grind. it if you don't get proper consistancy then add 1 or 2 tsp of water
  4. ""Remember Just 1or 2 tsp not too much"
  5. After that your vada consistancy is very loose and can't make proper shape's vada take the mixer jar and crush 2 or 3 tbsp rice Poha and mix it in vada's better
  6. Now heat a pan add Oil for frying and take little portion of better make it round and place on soup strainer and with your finger make hol in it and leave in hot Oil for frying
  7. Kept your flame on medium high otherwise it's not proper cooked from inside
  8. Take it out From Oil when your Vada get light golden colour and look crispy your vada is ready
  9. Now go to make chutney
  10. For chutney…
  11. Take a mixer jar add ginger chili paste, cheakpeas,salt sugar, coconut powder, coriander leaves,half Cup eater and curd crush it
  12. For temparing…..
  13. Now take a pan add Oil mustard seeds, curry leaves, asafoetida and coconut mixer and mix well after 2 minutes switch off the flame and enjoy your vada with Chutney as and sambhar
