- Prepare 1 cup Wheat Flour
- Use 2 cups Maida

Instructions to make Sattu ka Paratha:
- In a large bowl, take wheat flour, maida, salt, sugar, refined oil. Rub oil well into the flour for soft and tender paratha. Pour lukewarm water little at a time and form a dough. Knead continuously for 5 mins.
- Dip your knuckles in water to incorporate more moisture in the dough. The dough should be soft, malleable and smooth. Cover and rest for 30 mins. Keep aside for later use.
- In a bowl, add sattu, onion, ginger, green chilli, coriander leaves finely chopped, salt, sugar, carom seeds, liquid from any pickle. As you mix salt will draw moisture from the fresh ingredients.
- Now add water little at a time. Mix it to form a dough. It should resemble a tight dough.Divide the sattu stuffing into equal size balls. Take the rested dough. Knead it for 2 mins. Divide it in equal size balls.
- Flatten the dough ball with your finger. Put the sattu ball in the center. Push it inside and pull the dough outside. Seal the edges. Smoothen it with your palm.
- Dust with flour. Flatten with your palm to distribute the filing evenly. Now roll it using even gentle strokes.
- Heat a skillet. Place the paratha on it. Cook for 1 min on each side. Now drizzle little oil on the upper side.Flip it. Press down and rotate for even cooking and colour.
- The paratha should puff up. Flip every minute and cook in medium heat. Once golden brown in colour remove it on a plate. Repeat the process for other parathas. Serve hot with any pickle.
