The ingredients needed to cook Poha Uttapam:
  1. Use 1 cup Poha
  2. Get 1/2 cup curd
  3. Take 1/2 cup Sooji
  4. Get to taste Salt
  5. Provide 1/2 cup Mixed chopped onions, tomatoes, capsicum, coriander, green chilli
  6. Take 2 tsp Oil
Steps to make Poha Uttapam:
  1. Wash Poha and drain water
  2. Add Curd, salt and sooji in it, keep aside
  3. After 20 minutes grind it in make smooth batter
  4. Heat non stick pan, add 1/2 tsp oil add one big spoon of batter and make thick uttapam
  5. Sprinkle all veggies mix and salt
  6. Cover with lid after 30-40 seconds remove lid and cook open until u see sides browning
  7. Keep flame low- meduim, carefully turn uttapam and cook more, Ready to serve
