  1. You need 2 cup Poha
  2. You need 3 tsp curd
  3. Use 3-4 tsp gram flour
  4. Get 1/2 cup Chopped Cabbage
  5. Use 1/2 cup Grated Carrot
  6. Use 1/2 cup Grated Cauliflower
  7. Use 1/2 cup Chopped onion
  8. Prepare 3 tsp Chopped green chillies
  9. Use 1/2 cup Chopped Spinach

  11. Take As per taste Chaat masala
  12. Use 1 tsp Pepper powder

  14. Provide 1 tsp Red chilli powder

Steps to make Steamed Poha Veggie bites:
  1. Take poha and wash very nicely and drain the water completely in a sieve. Put curd in it. Mix well and keep aside for 5-7 minutes.
  2. Crumble poha with hands and add Gram flour in it and mix well. Take chopped vegetables, green chillies and mix them in poha mix.
  3. Add spices- Turmeric powder, pepper powder, chat masala, salt, red chilli powder. Mix well.
  4. Mix well and form a dough. Gram flour can be added if you find the dough a little wet. Grease katoris and put the dough evenly in Katoris.
  5. Boil water in a steamer. Place the Katoris in steamer. Sprinkle little red chilli powder on top(optional).Steam for about 10-12 minutes on low flame. You can check by inserting a knife.
  6. Take out the Katoris from steamer and demould the rings from Katori after 5 minutes.Be careful while demoulding.Demould using knife.
  7. These steamed bites can be relished as such with any chutney or can be shallow fried and enjoyed.
