  3. Prepare to taste salt
  4. Prepare 1 tsp green chilli paste

  1. Wheat flour,salt,ajwain,green chilli,onion,oil and chana sattu mix well rub your hands.
  2. Mix water and knead a soft dough.
  3. Rest in half an hour.
  4. After half an hour make a ball and roll with rolling pin spread 1 tsp pure ghee and make a shape as u like.
  5. Roll on parantha.
  6. Then make a parantha apply oil for both sides.
  7. Crispy chana sattu parantha r ready to eat.
