  1. Provide 1/2 cup poha(beaten rice)
  2. Provide 1/2 cup semolina
  3. Get 1 cup curd
  4. Take 1 cup water

  8. Take another pan, pour 1 tsp of oil with mustard seeds.
  9. When they start crackle up,switch off the flame.
  10. Cut the baked dhokla in to 16 pieces & pour mustard seeds on it.
