  1. For dough:::Mix Sattu flour and wheat flour add salt and make a soft dough of it. Like Roti dough. Grased the dough with hslf teadpoon gher and Rest it for 30 minutes.
  2. Now for stuffing, smash potatoes add peas, garlic chilli paste, turmeric powder, lemon juice, salt and little chopped coriander. Mix well and rest it for 10 minutes.
  3. Make medium size balls of dough. Take one ball roll it to roti and stuffing to it, close it and again roll. On pre heat tawa place the paratha, when little brown turn it. Grease it with 1 teaspoon ghee. Turn it sprinkle little chopped coriander and roast on both side to reddish brown.
