  1. Take 4 tbsp curd
  2. Use 2 tbsp besan/gram flour
  3. Prepare 5 grinded tomatoes
  4. Get to taste salt
  5. You need 1/2 tsp kalongi(onion seeds)
  6. Provide 1/4 tsp sarso(mustard seeds)
  7. Provide 1/4 tsp Red mustard seeds
  8. You need 1/4 tsp black mustard seeds
  9. Provide 1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds
  10. Provide 4 whole red chillies
  11. Take 1 tbsp coarsely crushed coriander seeds
  12. Use 2 split green chillies
  13. Use 1 inch ginger pieces cut in thin sleced
  14. Get 1 tsp degi lal mirch(red Kashmiri lal )powder
  15. Prepare 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  16. Take 3 big tomatoes pure
  17. Use 3-4 tbsp oil
  18. Get 1 tbsp desi ghee

  1. Put 4 tbsp of besan with salt,red chilli powder & chopped onions, make a thick paste with the help of water.
  2. Heat oil & make pakoras from the paste.Cook till they become golden brown. Take them out.
  3. Put curd & besan in a bowl together & mix them well with the help of water.Beat very well to avoid lumps.
  4. Heat up oil &add red & black mustard seeds.Now add sarso.
  5. Add fenugreek seeds,whole red chillies, coriander seeds& kalongi.Now add tomato puree & split green chillies. stirr constantly. cook till oil spreads from corners.
  6. Add curry leaves.Boil 1 glass of water.Put it in the gravy along with curd & besan paste.cook till it becomes thick,stirr.
  7. Now add pakoras & cook for 5 minutes.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves & serve hot with rice.
