- Take 1 1/2 cup Flattened Rice/Poha
- Use 1/4 cup Bread crumbs
- Provide 2 tbsp Curd
- Prepare 1 Onion medium
- You need 2 Green chilli
- Use 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
- Prepare 1/2 tsp Garam masala
- Take 1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste

- Rinse poha underwater and keep aside.
- In a larger bowl add rinsed poha and curd, mix and keep aside for 10 mins.
- Now add finely chopped onion, bread crumbs, chopped green chilli, 1/2 tsp cumin powder, 1/2 tsp Garam masala, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 2 tbsp chopped coriander and salt and combine well forming a dough add water if required.
- Divide the dough and roll the dough into balls and flatten them gently and make patties.
- Now heat a oil in a pan for shallow frying.
- When oil turn hot place the cutlet in the pan and fry them on both the sides until crisp and brown.
