The ingredients needed to prepare Ilish Maacher Matha Diye Kochu Shaak:
- Prepare 2 Piece Hilsa fish head
- Prepare 200 gm Kochu Shaak
- Get 2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- Use to taste Salt
- Use 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds/ Jeera
- Get Mustard Oil
- Provide 1 Tsp Gur
Instructions to make Ilish Maacher Matha Diye Kochu Shaak:
- Chop the Kochu Shaak into fine pieces. Put it in pan. Add salt and turmeric powder. Boil it till the shaak softens.
- Set it aside.
- Now pour mustard oil in pan. Temper the oil with 1 tsp Cumin seeds/ Jeera. Put the Kochu Shaak.
- Saute for few minutes.
