- Then, in a pan heat the vegetable oil, fry the pumpkin pieces for 5 minutes until it turns to brown color. Remove from heat and keep it aside.
- Now in another pan heat mustard oil, add black cumin (kalo jira), 1 green chili and sautรฉ it until crackles. Now add the fish and fry it lightly for 3 minutes.
- Then add the turmeric powder and chili powder paste and fry for another one minute.Now add 1 cup of water. Then add pumpkin, green chilies, salt and bring to boil.
