The ingredients needed to prepare Suji Halwa:
  1. Get 1 cup Semolina
  2. Take 1 cup sugar
  3. Use 1/2 cup ghee
  4. You need 2 cup water
  5. Use 3-4 green cardamom
  6. Prepare Pinch cinnamon powder
  7. Use 1/2 tsp yellow food colour

  1. Melt ghee in pan. Add cardamom. Let crackle. Add suji and roast it till colour changes
  2. As soon as suji starts getting colour add a cup of water to avoid over fried. Add sugar now
  3. Stir with spoon to make sure even mixing. Add chop nuts as well. Now suji cooked in water becomes thick. Add 1 more cup of water with food colour in it. Cinnamon powder as well
