- Get 1 cup boiled carrot water(boil orange carrot, grind and sieve it)
- Get 1 cup boiled spinach water (boil spinach, grind and sieve it)

- Use 2 tsp oil
- Provide 1 tsp black pepper
- Use 1 tsp chaat masala
- Take 1 red bell pepper
- Use 1 green bell pepper

- Provide 200 gms rice noodles
Instructions to make Noodles Skewers:
- Divide the noodles into 3 parts and boil 1st part in spinach water, 2nd part in carrot water and last part is normal water.
- Once noodles are fully cooked, separately drain out the excess water.
- Now heat a pan, add 1 tsp of oil then add in green noodles, 1/2 tsp salt, 2 pinch black pepper, green chilli sauce, mix them and saute for 3-4 mins
- Now in another pan, add 1 tsp of oil then add in orange noodles, 1/2 tsp salt, 2 pinch black pepper, red chilli sauce, mix them and saute for 3-4 mins.
- Now in third pan, add 1 tsp of oil then add in boiled white noodles, 1/2 tsp salt, 2 pinch black pepper, mix them and saute for 3-4 mins.
- Once all noodles are cooked let them cool for 15 mins
- Now take a ice tray, grease it and fill the tray with different coloured noodles, keep it in the fridge for 2 hrs and let the noodles set in cube shape.
- Meanwhile cut the onion, red and green bell into cubes.
- Once noodles are set, insert them into skewer with bell pepper and onion cubes in order as shown in image. Sprinkle chaat masala over skewers.
- Roast them in a grill pan till they turn light golden.
