- Get 2 cups rice noodles
- You need 2 Tbsp Oil
- Take 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
- Provide 1/2 tsp Urad Dal
- Use 1/2 tsp Bengal Gram Dal
- Get 2 Medium size Onions chopped
- Get 2 Green Chillies slit
- Provide 2 Dry Red Chillies slit
- Use 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- Provide Curry leaves few
- Take Coriander leaves few
- You need 1 Lemon (Juice)

Steps to make Lemon Sevai:

- Place a saute pan in the stove. Switch on the flame. Add oil.
- Once oil gets heat add mustard seeds,bengal gram dal and urad dal fry it.
- Then add onions, chillies,curry leaves and turmeric powder. Saute until onions becomes translucent.
- Keep the flame low and add rice noodles. Add lemon juice and mix well. If needed you can add more lemon juice. Check for salt if needed add salt.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.Lemon Sevai/Lemon Noodles is ready to serve.
- Serve with peanut chutney or green coconut chutney or red coconut chutney.
