- Roast rice flour in a pan till it becomes hot. (Doesn't need to change colour).
- In a pan heat 1 & 1/2 cup water.
- Add salt, 1 tablespoon oil and crushed green chillies.
- When it comes to boil add roasted rice flour and combine well.
- Cook till mixture becomes thick and leaves the sides of the pan.
- Switch off the flame, cover with lid and rest for 5-10 minutes.
- Now Knead the mixture with hand and make form of dough.
- Grease 'chakli/Sev maker' and 'noodles plate 'with oil.
- Fill rice flour mixture into. close the lid.
- Drop rice noodles directly on the greased steamer thali with Sev maker'.
- Steam rice noodles for 7-10 minutes in steamer.
- Transfer to a plate, pour oil and sprinkle methi masala over it according to your choice. Enjoy.
