  2. Provide 1 cup oats
  3. Provide 1 cup sour curd

  1. Take a bowl,add besan,sooji,oats & mixwell with curd
  2. Now add,salt,chopped green chillies,coriander leaves & fruit salt,mix well & keep aside for 5 min
  3. Grease the idli mould & put 2 spoon of batter in it
  4. Cook in the idli steamer till idlis become soft
  5. Repeat same with leftover batter
  6. Serve hot with chutney or sambhar
