- Provide 1/2 litre milk
- Take 1 small sweet potato
- Take 2 tablespoon grated jaggery
- Take Dry fruits of your choice
- Provide 1 tablespoon ghee

Instructions to make Sweet Potato Kheer:
- Wash peel and grate the sweet potato.
- Ina kadai add ghee and roast grated sweet potato till it changes it's colour.
- Then add half milk and cook till sweet potatoes gets soft
- Add chopped dry fruits
- Once the sweet potatoes are soft add remaining milk and simmer the gas
- Let it cook on slow flame.
- Off the gas add powdered jaggery and cardamom powder
- Again on the gas and cook for 1-2 mins
