The ingredients needed to prepare Sweet Potato Payasam:
  1. You need 500 gram sweet potato
  2. Provide 2 cup full fat milk with cream
  3. Take 4 tablespoon brown sugar/jaggery
  4. You need 1 tablespoon ghee/clarified butter
Instructions to make Sweet Potato Payasam:
  1. Wash and clean the root. Peel the skin and slice them roughly. Add ghee to a pan and heat. Roast the potatoes for 3-5 minutes till they look lightly golden.
