- Use 2 cup rice (soked)
- Use 1 cup White daal (soked)
- You need 2 patato (boiled)
- Prepare 3 green chilli chopped
- Provide 7-8 Kadhi pata

- Get 1/2 tsp haldi

Instructions to make Cone Massala Dosa:
- First prepare the batter for that wash the rice 1-2 time with plan water. And wash the urd daal same with plan water. Soak them in water for 3-4 hours.
- After they soaked in water. We mix both in grainder jar grend them with fine paste. Keep aside for 5 hrs to get fermanted. After 5 hara it will fermanted. Then add water to adjust consistency.
- For massala take a pan add 2 tbspn oil, after heated oil add rai, kadhi pata, green chillis, and after add boiled mashed patatos. After 2 mints add salt, red chilli powder, haldi and mix it well. Cover it and allow it to cook for 1-2 mints. After 2 mints off the flame. Stuffing is ready.
- Take a dosa tawa and heat it after headed, sprinkle little little water dn thn clear the tawa surface, then with the help of small katori spread the batter on tawa aply oil or butter on the corners and in the centre when dosa becomes brown in colour then turn into other side and thne add staffing on it, add from the both side.
