- Provide 1 cup dalia/ broken wheat
- Get 1/2 cup oats
- You need 1/4 cup moong dal(yellow)
- You need 1/2 cup nutrella soya mini chunks(soaked in warm water)
- You need 1 carrot
- You need 1 turnip/olkopi
- Take 1 small potato
- You need 1 small tomato

- Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan & roast 1 cup of dalia & 1/2 cup oats till it turns aromat & light brown in colour.
- In a pressure cooker add 1 tsp ghee,1bay leaf,1tsp cumin seeds.Let them crackle,add splited green chilli, cloves.
- Add chopped carrot,chopped olkopi/turnip,/soya mini chunks, chopped potatoes,chopped tomato,green peas to the pressure cooker.
- Add roasted dalia, oats.Wash fry moong dal(yellow) properly & add with dalia to the pressure cooker.
- Add 5 cups of water along with salt, turmeric powder, ginger powder(saunth powder).
- Cook the mixture in the pressure cooker till 1 whistle & then turn off the flame.
- Serve it hot with carrot, cucumber,curd salad.
