- Get 1 cup urad daal/black split lentil
- Get as per tatse Salt
- Get 2 spoon pepper powder
- Use 4 spoon jeera / cumin
- Get as per need Chopped coriander

- Prepare 1 onion chopped
- Use 2 tomatoes chopped

- Soak urad dal for four hours grind into fine paste. Add salt, pepper powder, jeera, and chopped coriander and mix
- Drop the batter dumplings and Deep fry in hot oil on medium flame
- Make tadka of oil rai, jeera, turmeric add green chillies, chopped onion and tomatoes, cook till tender and add moong dal and cook till two whistles.
- Add salt, chilli powder and boil for a while. Mix lemon juice
