  1. Knead a soft dough of wheat at ata or half half maida ata can be used… And keep it aside to rest fr 15mi
  2. Boil potatoes peel them and smash them…. Take a kdai and Make chatpata alu masala using green chilli and ginger paste……add all the dry masala… Mix them. And. Let the masala incorporates with Alu…
  3. ..once nicely cooked add amchoor powder and garam masala..garnish chopped green coriander and keep the masala aside…
  4. Now oil the ata little bit… And knead it nicely….. Take 2small portion of ata…. Roll it to small puri shape…. Spread the aloo masala on one roti….and sprinkle grated cheese or keep the cheese slice on the masala………
  5. Now place the other roti on top of it
  6. Now put the rolled paratha on heated tawa…add oil on sides… Cook on both sides golden brown
