  1. Prepare 2 bricks of dark chocolate compound
  2. You need 2-3 Paan leaves
  3. Take 2 tbsp gulkand
  4. Provide 1 tbsp dessicated coconut
  5. Take as required Few tutti fruity or raisins
  6. Prepare 1 tbsp fennel seeds
  7. Prepare 1/2 tbsp cardamom powder
  8. Provide as per needed Shimmer to decorate
Steps to make Chocolate pan modak:
  1. Melt dark compound chocolate by double boiler method by giving tempting flavour
  2. Blend or chopped Paan leaves.mix all above ingredients for stuffing
  3. Now filled half modal mold with melted chocolate set it is for 5 minutes.. Than add Paan masala stuffing… Pour another layer of melted chocolates over it… Rotate tap to release air bubbles
  4. Keep in refrigerator for 15 minutes
  5. . Than demold modak on a plate rake some shimmer with spoon and spread slowly over all modaks.. Lat it set for 30 minutes in refrigerator
  6. Later serve this chocolate Paan modak for ganpati and enjoy prasad with different flavour of modak
