  1. Get 100 gms dried green peas
  2. Provide 2 Onion
  3. Get 4 tsp Red chillis
  4. Prepare 1 piece Ginger
  5. Provide 1 teaspoon Salt
  6. You need 3 Tomato
  7. Provide 1 teaspoon Jeera
  8. Provide 3 teaspoons grated coconut
  9. You need 500 grams Rice pori
  10. You need 2 teaspoons coriander seeds
Steps to make Masala Puri:
  1. In a mixer grinder add, red chillies, onion, tomato, ginger, salt, Corriander seeds, jeera with grated coconut Make it into fine paste.
  2. First soak the green peas for 4 hrs and bake it in the steamer for 20 minutes with a pinch of salt. Baked peas are ready.
  3. In a pan add little oil and pour the paste and add little water. Add boiled peas and allow to boil for 10 minutes.
  4. In a bowl add this masala mix and then add rice pori to this.
  5. Masala Pori is ready to taste.
