  1. Take 1 kg Chicken
  2. Prepare 5-6 grinded onion
  3. Prepare 1 big bowl tomato puree
  4. You need 2 Salt
  5. Take 1 Red chilli, turmeric powder, Coriander powder, garam masala
  6. Take 2 Chopped Coriander leaf
  7. Take 4 tbsp oil
  8. Prepare 1 tbsp khada masala(cumin seeds, Bay leaf, cardamom,cinnamon,)
  9. You need 1 khaskhas
  10. Take 7-8 garlic cloves
  11. Get 1 inch ginger
  12. You need 4-5 chopped green chilli
  13. Prepare 1/2 glass water
Steps to make Chicken Curry:
  1. Mix all khada masala ginger garlic,khaskhas in the grinder and grind it Heat a kadhai or sipri add oil add onion and green chilli saute it for 10-15 mins when the colour changes into brown add red chilli powder and grinded khada masala saute it for another 5 mins add garam masala and tomato Puree mix it and saute it till the oil separated
  2. Add washed chicken mix it in full flame for 5mins then slow it repeat the process for 15-20 mins. No need to add water bcoz onion leaves water
  3. Add Coriander powder turmeric powder. Slow the flame cover it for another 5-10 min. Now add salt mix it
  4. Now add water to make Curry add chopped Coriander leaf. The colour is so beautiful
