  2. Mix all the flour, turmeric, coconut, curd or soda, sugar and enough water and make thick paste.(not flowing consistency)
  3. Heat oil, dip the banana in batter and deep fry on a medium flame. After frying keep it on banana leaf and serve after 5 mins.
